Sharp’s LC19SB27UT is a widescreen HDTV LCD TV that provides a slim design, high-definition TV solution with a distinctive small foot print. It features a high performance LCD panel for high brightness, a high contrast ratio, low-reflection glare protection and wide viewing angles. The LC19SB27UT includes ATSC / NTSC tuners to receive off-air broadcasts as well as digital cable QAM capability to receive non scrambled digital cable programming. In addition, the LC19SB27UT is PC compatible and is an HDTV monitor for greater versatility. As an HDTV monitor, it is compatible with all 1080i and 720p signals from HDTV sources.

You can not go wrong with this tv. The picture is very clean and crisp. No issues at all. Sound seems more than adequate. I don’t know how much sound output you need for a TV that will be in an office or bedroom, anyway. Very pleased with this little TV. This is the third Sharp brand TV I’ve bought, and once again, very impressed. It’s not all the bells and whistles, but it certainly does more than adequate. I replaced an old tube style TV in my bedroom with this tiny gem. First off, it looks so tiny, however, it was just the adjustment from a huge box, with the same screen, to a tiny panel, with the same size screen. The TV is very bright and looks awesome. I hooked it up to an upscaling DVD player and it looks amazing. The TV weighs about as much as a loaf of bread. It is not feature rich, however, that’s fine with something this size. The base screws on easily. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes.

We had a 15 inch TV in our kitchen, but it was bulky and took up a lot of room on the counter even though it was small. This Sharp 19 inch is streamlined and fits well along the back of our countertop. There is a little lag when you change channels but I was expecting this from reading other reviews pretaining to this TV. It does not appear to be a problem. The clarity of picture is good as well as the sound. My grandkids enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar watching this TV. We also plan on putting this Sharp TV in our travel trailer when we travel over a period of time. It is compact and the portability will make it convenient to take along on vacation. We are well pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone. I was a little apprehensive with having it shipped, but it arrived in great conditions and was extremely well packed. A great little TV for a great price. Thanks Amazon.

I was going to purchase this television through Amazon, however, over a 24 hour it went up near $40 dollars, plus the shipping…it was in my ‘cart’ and wanted to check some measurements before purchased – what 24 hours can change!
I decided, after the great reviews, to search this one out and ended up purchasing through another website for $129.99 and $15 dollars for shipping. A great deal compared to what was offered here.
